I know, first hand, that beginning your wellness journey isn't easy. But I also know that finding your place in exercise is rewarding both physically and mentally. I spent a long time trying to figure out what type of exercise made me the happiest. I found my love of fitness through powerlifting, olympic lifting, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Finding my place in fitness took a lot of trial and error and I would have liked nothing more than to have a coach helping me find what gelled. The progress I have made in my life, both physically and mentally, is something I love helping others to achieve.
