Jojo was my first coach and reintroduced me to fitness almost 18 months ago now. The fact that I am still doing it after years of paying for gyms and not going is 100% due to Jojo's drive, passion and fun coaching style. She has found that bloody great balance between banter and actually helping you focus on technique and making sure you aren't in the physio all the time. I know, first hand, that beginning your wellness journey isn't easy. But I also know that finding your place in exercise is rewarding both physically and mentally. I spent a long time trying to figure out what type of exercise made me the happiest. I found my love of fitness through powerlifting, olympic lifting, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Finding my place in fitness took a lot of trial and error and I would have liked nothing more than to have a coach helping me find what gelled. The progress I have made in my life, both physically and mentally, is something I love helping others to achieve.
