This one off program focuses on increasing power through lifts. This program involves both olympic lifting and weightlifting. If you are comfortable with olympic lifts and other lifts (i.e. bench, squat, deadlift), this program will suit you. 


Ideally, this program runs for 6-8 weeks and suits intermediate to advanced lifters.
