This is a one off program which specifically focuses on building strength. This program is a great choice for any one who is currently powerlifting or wants to start powerlifting. Strong revolves around three main lifts; bench, squat and deadlift.
This is a four day program with an optional fifth day. This program is about building strength and building up those numbers for your lifts.
